To celebrate one of the world’s most popular soccer event. The people at Nike Japan and Japanese apparel brand SOPHNET. have joined together and created a have–to-see exhibition, promptly named “JOGA BONITO” at SOPH Gallery in Tokyo.
JOGA BONITO unveiled the beauty and soul that embodies the sport of soccer. The event is also an opportunity to propel the culture surrounding soccer into a new phase.
The exhibit will feature 3 themes, scheduling as Term One, Term Two, and Term Three. Term One, which just ended, was titled “BRASIL 5 STAR”. The exhibit celebrated the impregnable Brazil national team. Since the inception of World Cup in 1930, the Brazilians have won 5 championship titles, the most of any nation. They managed to qualify for each and every World Cup as well.
Freshness had the rare opportunity to capture the festivities of this exciting event and would like to share it with our readers.
Currently, “Term Two: Grass Roots” is on display. If you’re in the Tokyo area, check it out.
