Nike Paper Craft Sneakers

http://nike.jp/front/index.asp” target=”_blank”>Nike Japan produced these sneaker paper craft kits, as complementary gifts at all Nike store locations in Japan. Paper craft, models made entirely out of paper, is a long held tradition in Japan. Recently, sneaker theme paper craft has become very popular, such as our friend http://shin.co.nr/” target=”_blank”>Shin Tanaka‘s modeling of Nike AF 1’s and BAPESTA’s.

The Nike kits used state-of-the-art printing machines to add minute details, giving them a realistic appearance. Nike also consulted with artisan http://kami-robo.com/en/paper/paper01.html” target=”_blank”>Tomohito Yasui, who is well known for his signature paper craft figurines “http://kami-robo.com” target=”_blank”>Kami-Robo“, on this project. Thanks to Aki for the photos!
