Launched just a few weeks and currently available on eproze, part of Japan’s ZOZOTOWN, are two 501s from the recent atmos collaboration with Levi’s. The 2 are re-issue of 501s from the year 1944 and 1955. Both are significant in Levi’s storied past, with atmos adding its accents onto them. The 1944 edition has a printed label on right leg and a yellow sneaker print on the left. The 1955 edition has 5 color stars, which represent the Cassiopeia constellation, embroidered on the left leg.

Pay closer attention and notice the letter “S” in front of the 501 on the 1944 edition. The “S” means “Simplified”, where less refined materials went into the original 1944 edition in order to conserve for the war effort during World War II.
