DC Double Label Projects is partnering with boutique sneaker brand, JB Classics, for its first ever sneaker-to-sneaker collaboration. DC and JB Classics have teamed up to release a limited edition project for Holiday 2007, which will include a New Era Fitted Cap and sweatshirt to pair with the shoes.
Designers at DC and JB used the iconic imagery of tree rings to symbolize the projects overriding theme of “Growth and Nature” The shoes feature a custom laser etched design inspired by a tree’s growth rings. The soles have been custom designed to reflect the same ringed pattern. Shades of bark and earth are shown through the shoe uppers’ dominant colors of black and brown with tonal zig-zag accent stitching. Both the New Era cap and sweatshirt will share similar colors and design pattern.

Said DC Co-Founder Damon Way, “We want to show that two brands operating in the same product category can come together to create something unique and positive.”
“I’ve always had great respect for DC and Damon’s attention to art and the art community within the DC Artist Projectsâ„¢,” said Jason, Founder of JB Classics. “I hope this project pushes the standards and raises the bar within the industry,”
