adidas is digging deep into its basketball archives with the relaunch of Conductor Hi. First debuted in 1987, with its perforated uppers and high/supportive ankle brace. Because its comfort and functionalities, the Conductor Hi quickly became a favorite among NBA pros, including the 11-times NBA All Star Patrick Ewings. adidas also added a special insignia for this particular re-release, to mark the 10th anniversary of the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympic Game, with a sam-taegeuk - traditional Korean symbol that derives from Taoist ideals of harmony between ying (blue), yang (red) with the addition of men (yellow).
The special 1988 Olympic edition of adidas Conductor Hi is currently available at Overkill of Berlin.
