The signature model of Japanese footwear label UBIQ, the eL is one of few sneakers that crossed over between genres and fashion categories. Customers not only could find a pair in shops frequented by sneaker heads, but in trend setting boutiques as well. For its Fall/Winter 2008 line, UBIQ changed out the usual suede and leather. Instead, the new edition of eL encompassed a nylon satin quilted upper. Available in 3 colorways of white, black, and silver. Scheduled to hit retailer in mid-September, the new UBIQ eL is currently available for pre-release reservations at FLAUGE chapter of ZOZOTOWN shopping network.
*Note*- The label JINENCO stitched on the shoe tongue will be switch into UBIQ before the delivery. In case you are wondering, JINENCO is a domestic label created by UBIQ to serve the Japanese market.
