On July 21st, 12,000 MMA fans packed into Osaka Castle Hall for http://dreamofficial.com/fightcard/dream5/” target=”_blank”>DREAM 5, the Lightweight MMA Grandprix Final for 2008. 15 Mixed Martial Arts contenders, including one of the favorite, Caol Uno (宇野薰) (宇野薫), battled their way to become the next Lightweight Champion.
But despite his effort, Caol Uno (宇野薰) could not advance to final after a hallowing, 2 round struggle against Shinya Aoki (é’木真也) during the semi-final round. Still, fans and supporters commended Uno for his all out effort, that despite the lose, it was via: decisions by the judges rather than a submission or TKO.
