HECTIC Razzle Dazzle Collecton

As part of its Fall 2008 collection, HECTIC (or HECTIC) launched a slew of products, including the Razzle Dazzle hoodie and sweater. Based on dazzle camouflage, first utilized in World War I on naval vessels as a method to deter the threats of German U-Boats & surface vessels. Instead of concealing the object, dazzle camouflage makes the object stands out from the surrounding, so much so that the rangefinders (pre-dates the usage of radar) couldn’t aim guns/torpedoes on the target. The HECTIC Razzle Dazzle pattern is tone on tone and more subtle than the original. Retails for JP¥ 22,800 (~US$ 212) for hoodie and JP¥ 19,800 (~US $184) for the crewneck sweater. Both are now on sale at HECTIC online store and its retail location in Harajuku.
