Always pushing the craft of t-shirt making, the San Francisco-base label Imaginary Foundation has been an early adopter of numerous technical methodologies. These include the usage of flock print to more recently, a collection printed through dye-sublimation process. However, it is the label’s artistic direction, with a certain Ren © Magritte-esque aspect, that distinguished it from the rest of its peers. Now, these coveted art works will appear in a different medium, as graphics on skateboard decks.
Designed in conjunction with element Skateboards, each deck (different in length) is printed with one of four graphics selected for this limited edition collection. Painted through a mulit-layer process to ensure the durability of print. The boards are also eco-friendly, having harvested from trees through designated locations. The Imaginary Foundation x element Skateboards Skate Decks are now available on Imaginary Foundation online store for limited time only.
