Perhaps better known to our readers for his collaborative work with UNIQLO, Tim Hamilton may be one of the more “chops” (and less buzz) oriented designers of today. Having sharpened his skills at conservative lines J. Crew and Polo, Hamilton must be relieved to be at it solo for another season, this time around creating a range that’s far from his casual roots. As Tim Blanks puts it “Hamilton pushed the tailoring for fall, streamlining the silhouette, narrowing lapels [and] shrinking collars.”
