
JJ Bryne Park, in conjunction with Old Stone House in Brooklyn will be hosting New York City’s first outdoor bicycle flea market, Brooklyn Bike Jumble. This event is a celebration of the cycling culture in New York where both public and private non-professional vendors will be selling bicycles and related gadgets. Aside from deals on low-cost bicycles, there will also be cycling lessons for children and a classic bike show to showcase cycling’s strong relationship to New York. Some non-private vendors include Outlier and Recycle a Bicycle. At the event, there is also an area for cycling enthusiasts to trade and sell bicycle parts. The event will last only one-day on May 31, running from 10am to 2pm.
