As one of Nike‘s earliest model, the All Court was the “Swiss Army knife” of its day, functioning in all type of court surfaces, from basketball, tennis, to even the most basic court-base sport, handball. For this reason, its influences could be seen all around the Nike’s extensive product portfolio, even till today.
Its simplicity and versatility made it a favorite among many, including long time Nike collaborator Hiroshi Fujiwara. And when the opportunity arose recently, Fujiwara decided to update the 30-year-old design. In place of the canvas of the original is now premium leather with a large Nike Swoosh logo perforated on the side. Lightning bolt logo from Fujiwara’s fragment design is brandish on the heel. To maximize comfort, Fujiwara added a Nike Zoom Air sockliner on the inside.
The Air Zoom All Court Premium LTR (leather) TZ comes in 2 simple colors of white and black, with the white edition available at selected Nike Sportswear retailers starting this weekend and the black edition releasing next Saturday, August 29th.
