Just a friendly reminder that taking place tomorrow at multiple locations across Chelsea neighborhood of New York City is The Drop – an art festival celebrating the urban environment and the creativity it inspired. An ambitious multi-medium exhibition which highlight urban art in its various forms. The day-long event will see interactive installation, experimental musical experience, avant-garde fashion projects, and more. To take place at multiple locations in the gallery-filled neighborhood of Chelsea and along side the recently opened High Line Park, the festival welcome the audience to participate, forming dialogues between the different communities within the New York City culture.
The event kicks off this Saturday, October 3rd, followed by Opening Party featuring Live Painting Event by Chris Mendoza & Yuri Shimojo (Barnstormers), Pablo Power, Jason Woodside & Marco Raab. Music provided by Truth and Soul & Halcyon DJ Team, all spinning on the work’s first solar powered DJ booth by SolarOne.
