Tonight, the LA Coliseum rafters get yet another ornament–their 15th championship banner. These limited edition adidas Originals superstar model commemorates the occasion. The classic shell toe model keeps a white sole and toe while using a glimmering golden upper with the Lakers symbol emblazoned on the midfoot. The tongue uses the traditional Lakers basketball logo as well, as does the footbed, which also has the uniform number 15 to honor the storied franchise. Other highlights of the shoe include thick suede stripes in purple and gold, and a heel tab in purple suede to match. Along the sole is a purple suede band to add some linear color to the model.
