Like previous http://livestrong.org” target=”_blank”>LIVESTRONG editions, the design harks back to the first Air Force 1 collaboration by Nike and http://undftd.com” target=”_blank”>UNDEFEATED in 2006. Feature predominately on the upper is the Shemagh fabric with the signature “wave weave”. In place of the statement “ONYAFEETKID” on the original, “ONYOURBIKEKID” slogan is debossed on the midsole. As with any LIVESTRONG design, the a simple hue of yellow on black colors act as “war paint” on the continue battle against cancer. The sneaker also represents the personal struggle of Eddie Cruz, who had to deal with a brain tumor recently. In a statement, Eddie said “I support LIVESTRONG and http://lancearmstrong.com/” target=”_blank”>Lance Armstrong. He was one of the first people to send me a message of support when I got my brain tumor. Lance told me to stay strong.”
The Nike Sportswear x UNDFTD x LIVESTRONG – Air Force 1 Low Supreme – “ONYOURBIKEKID” Edition will be available this Friday, December 4th, in conjunction with the http://stages09.com/site/” target=”_blank”>Nike x LIVESTRONG – STAGES Global Art Exhibition in http://artbaselmiamibeach.com” target=”_blank”>Art Basel Miami Beach this week. As with all LIVESTONG Collection, all proceeds for the sale will go to the http://livestrong.org” target=”_blank”>Lance Armstrong Foundation in the fight against cancer.
