As previously reported, Hong Kong’s JUICE will be making its way across the strait into Shanghai. To commemorate the grand opening of JUICE in Shanghai, the label had called on several labels to collaborate on special items. While we had previously shown you the collaborative tee between CLOT and OriginalFake, this time around CLOT has called upon sportswear giant, Nike, to create a special, limited edition Nike CLOT Grand Slam Polo. While both parties are no stranger to working with each other, having created several pairs of Nike kicks since its first Air Max 1 in 2006, this is the first time both labels are joining hands on apparel. Drawing inspiration from Chinese culture and keeping the design unfussy and simple, the limited edition polo is a classy black number featuring Chinese graphic elements in red (an auspicious color by Chinese tradition). A CLOT seal logo can be found on the buttons, collar and hem, paying homage to the media collective’s Chinese roots. These limited edition polo shirts come packed in a specially designed white folder stamped with JUICE, CLOT and Nike Sportswear logos. The brim of the folderis decorated with Chinese decorative panel common found on traditional clothing, furniture and home accessories. Dropping exclusively at JUICE Shanghai, those who are lucky enough to be in town on the opening day should definitely drop by check out the space and cop a polo!
