13th Witness have been putting out impressive folio of photographic works to date and here we see his latest video work shooting Japanese skater Shingo from T-19 and Carnival. By no means is this an attempt at being a skate video but more so as a tribute to skateboarding and its true attraction as Shingo skates around Harajuku and Shibuya while 13th Witness follows on a bicycle. Also this is an interpretation to capture Tokyo, a place he once called home. Take a short visual journey and enter the streets of Tokyo filled with bright lights, people and vehicles.
