Earlier this month, http://bape.com”>BAPE had found its way to Southeast Asia and settled its http://freshnessmag.com/2009/12/14/bape-singapore-store-opening/”>BAPE Store in the trendy, busy Orchard Road of Singapore. To commemorate the store opening, BAPE had released a Singapore Limited Edition BAPE Tee featuring the country’s mascot, Merlion, and BAPE’s tiny mascot, Baby Milo, hiding behind it. For those who feel the Singapore connection and are coveting the limited edition tee, fret not, as BAPE will be releasing two more versions of the Merlion tees. Version 2. of the tee reworks the Merlion by replacing its head with the Bathing Ape’s head, with water spouting from its mouth and Baby Milo riding on the stream; meanwhile, Version.3 puts Baby Milo in the spotlight as it peeks out from the Merlion’s mouth (an actual spot tourists can visit in Singapore). Both tees are now available for pre-order online at http://zozo.jp/shop/bapeland/goods.html?gid=548617&did=&cid=8321″>BAPELAND.
