When he’s not doing big air or shredding at the local skate park, skater Matt French is translating his flamboyant style into graphic art form.  As a way to “kick off the new year with a bang!”, French and Nike Skateboarding added a Quick Strike variant for January 2010, the Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Boom” Edition. In sharp contrast color blocks of Black, Varsity Red, White, and Royal Blue. A jagged flash of yellow outlined the strikethrough red Nike Swoosh on the side, as if a explosion occurred. Imprinted on the sock liner is the Nike logo, also in similar jagged design. The Matt French x Nike SB Dunk High Premium is available at selected Nike SB retailers, including Paul Rodriguez‘s Primitive in Encino.
