Stone Island are Italian. Michaela and Errolson (Acronym) are based in Germany. I don't see what part of this combination makes Shadow Project from the UK.

A well designed bag that triples as a briefcase, backpack and messenger bag without sacrificing on aesthetics and functionality. Constructed of nylon body accented with leather pocket flaps and bottom, reflective lid detailing, zipped pouch on the outside and inside, dual side pockets with button closure and a PC compartment on the inside.
