One of the most talked about brands from Japan is White Mountaineering which recently launched its Spring/Summer 2010 through a successful runway show. The theme of this season is “Dressed to Climb” and the collection does just that with items that are suitable for climbers who have come back into urban area from the woods or mountains.

First delivery sees a wide range of items that represent the brand in a total collection ranged from jackets, shirts and accessories. Here we take a peek on some highlights from the collection. One stand out item is the military inspired jacket made out of Gore Tex materials blended with typewriter cloth and offset by brightly colored inner lining. Apart from the olive color, navy or beige colors are also available.

Another stand out piece is the white Gore Tex jacket which is phenomenal in itself with it being pure white Gore Tex Performance Shell exterior with accents on the waterproofed zips and draw strings. This jacket is available with red and green accents as well. Other items are of high quality that has been gaining popularity in Japan and around the world. All items will launch in January 27th at White Mountaineering dealers around the world.
