When this shoe was first leaked, there was some confusion around its origin. At first, rumors were swirling about that Patta had designed them for as part of their 5th Anniversary Nike Air Max 1 collection, but then they were revealed to be from the palette of Dutch artist Parra. And it turns out, they were working together the entire time!
The Parra x Nike Air Max 1 Premium TZ is set to be one of the hottest releases of 2010 for a number of reasons, not the least of which is this dope colorway. Only Parra would combine these shades, but they’re also subtler than a lot of his work, thanks to most of the color being on their outsoles. Not only do they look great, but these are going to be very hard to get. Word is that they’re only going to be available at Patta in Amsterdam on March 13th and a handful of select Nike Sportswear retailers, that will almost definitely include the 21 Mercer St. flagship. via: Suede&Mesh
