If you are familiar with the Northeastern region of the United States, then you know summertime is prime time for sneakers. Not only do the ballers make sure to have a fresh pair, but it seems that everyone has gleaming kicks that they have been waiting to wear out on a sunny day. Jordan Brand’s got you covered for this year’s first month of summer in June. Starting with the model that Jordan Brand has been pushing for 2010, the Air Jordan VI (6) Retro, a model in white and varsity red is dropping in June. We showed you a black on black “Stealth” Spiz’ike with a healthy dose of patent leather which is due out in June as well.
Rounding out the rest of the releases is a unique Derek Jeter signature model, Jordan Flight team and Flight 9 models, a Jordan TE II Advance, and a Jordan Accolades model. This month will again see different spins on the Jordan 1, including the Air Jordan I (1) Alpha in “Wu-Tang” black and yellow, and the patent-draped Jordan Retro 1 Phat 20 in black, red, and grey. Expect to see more than a few of the pairs on the feet at courts and corners nearby once June finally rolls around.
