The Converse One Star was a competitive basketball sneaker that featured smooth leather during late 60′s to mid 70′s yet its premium quality leather became rather hard to find and had to stop production for a short time. In the mid 80′s it came back as Made in Japan model that featured glass coating on its upper to give it extra shine.
This One Star Colosole OX Made in Japan is a remake of that classic with white uppers atop navy side tape and outsoles. Inner lining is highlighted by the use of matte red leather. White shoe laces and white One Star on the side along with white side tape emphasize its classic beauty. These are only available at limited select store and mita sneakers is one of the stores providing pre-orders which will deliver around mid May.
