visvim Spring/Summer 2010 Collection

In the past few months, visvim has been trickling new products out from their Spring/Summer 2010 collection. Now, Tres Bien Shop has a rather sizable line-up from the current season, and the collection is nothing short of the gorgeous, detail-obsessed creations we expect from Japan’s visvim. The spring line-up of apparel, accessories and footwear are subtle in styling as of visvim tradition. However, each item is packed with details that tell stories of care, design and quality.
For instance, even the simplest white pocket t-shirt, the Finish Line Pocket T is cut to fit without appearing sloppy and uses the best materials such as a Japanese cotton fabric and elk leather patch detail in neck. Taped seam detailing on pocket with finish line print translates meticulous design.

Overall, the collection is a lighthearted with a focus on the great Americana. Work style chambray shirts with contrast underarm seams and details are worn with fitted plaid shorts or high-water cuffed chinos, and a light blue seersucker blazer lends a little sartorial flair to the weekender. The collection goes beautifully with visvim’s footwear releases such as a dressier brogue-detailed Patrician WT-Folk or the classic Fabro SII Folk sneaker loafer, or, the simple Skagway Lo canvas sneaker.

The pieces are easy to pull together and in true visvim design sensibility, are timeless and fits into any wardrobe quite effortlessly.
