Nike WMNS Qi Pao Pack Blazer Mid + Terminator Low

The first time Chinese traditional clothing took international stage was at the World Expo held in Chicago in 1933. That year, six Qi Pao dresses from Shanghai (also known as Cheongsam) led Chinese culture into the world, and commanded its attention. This year, in commemoration of the World Expo 2010 to be held in Shanghai, Nike has dressed two of its popular silhouettes, the Blazer Mid and Terminator Low in the feminine and graceful Qi Pao. The traditional Qi Pao is tailored from silk and features gorgeous floral prints, and is it cut extremely fitted to hug the curves of a woman’s body. The Qi Pao Pack comes in three colorways, and each of them is crafted from a shiny silk-like upper with blooming florals. Most interestingly for the Blazer mid, instead of just having the usual laces, Nike has added a special Chinese knot typically found on Qi Pao (and functions as a button) and uses that as an extra enclosure. Quite an oriental picture of opulence, the Qi Pao pack is one of the few stand out, feminine pieces for the Nike wearing ladies. Sadly, these will only be released in China. So those who do fancy them might have to watch ebay like a hawk.via:
