Perhaps number 13 is the charm for Lance Armstrong! Announced just days before the start of Le Tour de France, the record-holding cyclist announced, via Twitter (but of course), that this run, his 13th Tour, will be his last. But don’t just count the 38-year old out yet. His physical stamina and mental readiness are such that he’s in 4th overall place after the Prologue Time Trial on a rain dampen Saturday and today’s crash galore Stage 1.
