The former gallery space for Nike and NIKEiD is now a customization shop any soccer fans would appreciate. A space which extrude the passion, fanatic nature nature of the game with a series of specially designed wall paneling with US Soccer teams history and others, in icons and symbols. Of course, the centerpiece would be New York City and the city’s unique soccer culture. With the help from renowned influencers, Kimou Meyer (aka Grotesk) and Chris Isenberg (of NO MAS), 255 Studio is more than just a “pretty” retail space, its an experience. Visitors could approached all the uniforms of their favorite teams with appliques inspired by 1950s to 1980s – flock application, vintage patches, jersey numbers, and etc… In addition, a new laser technology with a precision that rivals any custom tailors of the old. From Nike AW77 Hoodie, the GS Polo, to the N98 Track Jacket and NSW T-Shirt, each will truly be an “one of the kind” creation by the customers.
