Over the course of next several days, all involved parties – Nike Basketball, Jordan Brand, and CONVERSE, will provide opportunities for fans to get up close to their favorite basketball stars in unique settings. All to popularize the sport of basketball and as part of World Basketball Festival in New York City. To mark the start, Jordan Brand presented members of its roster, Chris Paul and Dwayne Wade, in a presentation yesterdayafternoon at House of Hoops Harlem. Along with the dozen of media outlets from all over the world were youths from local community outreach programs generously sponsored by Nike. In a Q and A format, both Chris and Wade described the their excitements, not only to have their own signature sneakers but to be part of the Jordan Brand team. Both also addressed the myriad of new methods to connect with their fans, including their fondness for Twitter.
