Kanye West seems to have developed quite an affinity for contemporary art, especially for his recent releases. For his latest hit, “Runaway”, which had already made a sweeping presence on both MTV VMAs and at Saturday Night Live, West has summoned American contemporary artist, George Condo again (Condo was responsible for the cover art of “Power”) to create the cover art for the track. Keeping in line with the ballerina theme (as employed on his live performance on Saturday Night Live), the cover features a tutu-glad ballerina toasting, perhaps to his shadow self– the man so chastised for snubbing Taylor Swift’s moment of glory on stage last year.
The song is currently available for download on iTunes for those who are applauding Yeezy’s return and those who are intrigued. Also, a new track, “Christian Dior Denim Flow” Featuring Kid Cudi, Pusha T, John Legend, Llyod Banks and Ryan Leslie is also available for download via Kanye West.
