When talking about Nike’s foray into the plimsolls look, first thing that comes to mind might be the Deuce, and next up would probably be the Pepper Low. The Pepper Low has a slightly more rugged and chunky silhouette with thicker soles, and can easily be thought of as the traditional plimsolls’ sportier, tougher brother. The new Pepper Low which had just hit stores in the Rustic colorway comes with a slightly distressed brown leather upper, matching waxed brown laces, topped off with brass grommets and a tonal embroidered Swoosh. The aged Americana look is offset with clean white soles for that young, sporty touch. Available now at retailers such as Premier.
