This is something of a mystery, but we do have a few clues. Sneakersnstuff just released a video that they are calling "a first teaser of the Lovikka All Star." The video shows an idyllic fireside knitting scene, and a popular search engine tells us that Lovikka is a Swedish heritage company founded in 1892, which makes mittens that are kind of a Swedish cultural reference point. After going bankrupt a few years ago, the company was revived to combine it's heritage appeal with more contemporary fashion (does that sound familiar?). The obvious speculation suggests a Converse All Star with a knitted upper. It's certainly a unique take on the classic, and it could be great. The devil will be in the details though, and we're eager to see what the knitted textile is like, and how it is incorporated. Whatever the shoe is, it is set for a December 3rd release, and we will be watching closely. Check the video after the jump. via SNS.
