The Hundreds Footware – Spring 2011 | Delivery 1

By - February 22nd, 2011

The Hundreds is only a few seasons deep in the label’s foray in to footwear, and while it hasn’t had any serious blunders, the offerings haven’t yet looked as polished as those for Spring 2011. Past seasons have been strongly inspired by classics from the sneaker hall of fame, but things seem to have been fine-tuned to a new degree for the coming season. The Valenzuela Low is based closely on a Chuck Taylor low, with a hint of Pro Keds thrown in. But it doesn’t come across as a rip-off; The Hundreds has made it original with bolder colors and a more rounded silhouette. And the signature model in the Hundreds Footware lineup, the Johnson Low, keeps it’s unique upper with it’s brogue-inspired panel, but is offered now in suede, with a contrast midsole stripe. Both models will be available this Thursday at The Hundreds accounts, and of course at the label’s flagship stores in LA, San Franscisco, and NYC. Check out the colorways of both models after the jump.
