Any automobile enthusiast will know that Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is an all wheel drive beast that pumps out 1001 bhp. And the Veyron is often considered unbeatable, yet an American tuning house Hennessey Performance took on a 0 – 200 mph challenge with their Venom 1000 Twin Turbo Viper. The result speaks for itself as the Venom finished in front of the Veyron by almost 4 seconds at super fast 20.3 seconds. This fueled John Hennessey to contemplate methods of increasing the performance and it birthed the Venom GT, based on the Lotus Exige. In comparison to the above stats, the Venom GT does 0 – 200 mph in even faster 15.9 seconds. Astonishing 1,200 bhp is achieved with 1,155 lb-ft of torque from the 6.2 liter, V8 twin turbo rear mounted engine.
