After the initial preview a week ago, here is more details about the upcoming Lave Dunk from Nike and its Nike Sportswear. A cross between basketball heritage and outdoor exploration, the Lavadunk (or Lava Dunk) merged the very capable rugged outsole from Nike ACG Lava Dome with timeless essential of any street ballers, Nike Dunk High. The result debuted as part of Nike Sportswear’s 2010 Athletic Far East Collection. Now re-tuned, the Lava Dunk will make a return this season in 2 new colorways – Gum Light Brown with Drenched Blue highlight and Sail with Victory Green – Light Bone accents. Both will be available at all Nike Sportswear retail locations this coming August.
