On the apparel side, Supreme decided to put a balance though its quite rather on how you define “balance”. The progression was rather inconspicuous at first as the line dove into familiar favorites. The Box Logo Hoodie and Small Box Logo Sweats were both back. So was basic graphic tees and flannel shirting. Things got interesting when branded Fleece Pullover and Floral Print Shirt appeared. In typical Supreme fashion, the label used originals sourcing for both designs. For the Fleece Pullover, it utilized Polartec 300 from Malden Mills, the creator of Polartec Fleece. And for floral print was another familiar source, the Liberty London department store. But the most peculiar design on Supreme Fall and Winter 2011 Apparel Collection was the matching set of Paisley Hoodie and Shorts. A daring concept, one that challenges its wearer to put together a dapper look of the centuries past or a total wardrobe malfunction.
