CONVERSE Wall To Wall Project Otone

This fall CONVERSE is celebrating street art across Europe with its Wall to Wall project. The brand has reached out to its street artist friends to transform blank walls into massive art pieces, first with Jangojim in Ghent, Belgium, and later with Steven Burke in Lyon, France. Last weekend, artist Otone was in Barcelona to take on the biggest wall to date. His finished piece won’t be mere dried paint on a brick wall; rather, it will come to life this Thursday, Friday and Saturday via live projections at the Foment de les Arts Decoratives (FAD) as well as Placa de l’Angel, both in Barcelona. The wall will eventually become a traveling installation, making appearances at surprise locations throughout the city, and a scheduled one at the CONVERSE Block Party at Parc de les Tres Xemeneies on Saturday night. After Barcelona, it will be on to additional European cities. Click through to view images of Otone and his cohorts at work.
