HALF-LIFE Gravity Gun Prop for Charity Auction

By - December 7th, 2011

Fans of Half-Life 2 will no doubt recognize Gordon Freeman’s gravity gun from the popular first-person shooter video game. Expertly rendered by Atlanta-based prop artist Harrison Krix, the gun is set to be auctioned off in Seattle at the Child’s Play charity dinner on December 8th. Established in 2003, Child’s Play is a charitable organization run by gamers that seeks to improve the lives of kids in a network of 60 hospitals worldwide through toys and games. Harrison Krix is doing his part with an undertaking that took on “white-whale” proportions, stating that if he didn’t get it exactly right, he’d have “a million gamers ready to tell [him] exactly why.” Click through for additional images and judge for yourself. via: Volpin Props
