With the NBA lockout finally over, its full throttle for all affiliated components of the game. While Dwyane Wade unveils his new signature in Miami today, the game’s fiercest competitor, Kobe Bryant, unleashed his own. Introducing the Nike Kobe VII System Supreme, one that would surpass other Kobe signature on the past. With tenets on “Attack Fast” and “Attack Strong”, the Nike Kobe VII System Supreme is both a mid top and low top. Fully customizable to the player’s specification and mode of play on the court. The system includes the Nike Zoom Kobe VII System, a modular set designed to “Attack Fast” as a low-cuff version with single midsole quipped in Zoom Air at the forefoot and heel. Then there is the Nike Kobe VII System Supreme. Indoctrinated with the “Attack Strong” motto, the sneaker is unlike previous Kobe signatures in that its a mid-top. Armed with a full-length Cushlon midsole and an ankle cuff, this version offers a great range of customization. In addition, the newest Flywire technology, 3-D heel brace, and glass composite mid foot shank offer ultimate support. Inspired by Bryant’s predatory instinct, Nike designers incorporated an interesting pattern on its upper. A “skin pattern” taken from that of a Leopard, Great White Shark and Black Mamba appears on the first polyurethane overlay. Below that, an additional layer in color with another set of predators – Leopard, Great White Shark, Poison Dart Frog and Grey Wolf. Comes in both Attack Fast and Attack Strong designations with two midsoles and sleeve heights. The Attack Fast midsole contains Zoom Air in the forefoot and heel. The Attack Strong midsole is Cushlon, and contains no air.
Both will be available this month on December 22nd at all Nike Basketball dealers worldwide.
