In our current society, we often forget how products are made. It is more so because we are not able to see the manufacturing process that takes place in mass production environment. The sight of parts being assembled by hand is somewhat heartwarming and comforting. Stussy worked together with Tokyo based Ojaga design on the Made in Japan Collection recently and here is a behind the scenes look into the craftsmanship that goes into each product. Ojaga design have made a special layout for each stage of production, giving us an insight into the process from start to finish. On the first day of 2012, the wallets, wallet cords, key holders and key caps will go on sale, followed by iPhone cases, badges and phone straps around middle of January at Stussy Japan Chapters.
