Nike is set to release a collection centered around the Chinese Zodiac for the 11th year in a row, a tradition that’s highlighted this time around with the auspicious Year of the Dragon. Having profiled the individual sneaker styles that make up the collection, we now present an overview of the entire assortment. It’s no accident that there are four shoe models on the roster, as Chinese folklore describes dragons rising out from four seas to signal good luck in the new year. Those shoes are the Air Jordan 2012, Kobe VII System Supreme, Zoom KD IV and Air Force 1 Low Supreme. Together, they represent the best there ever was; a master of his craft who’s nearing the twilight of his career; a superstar on the verge; and timeless style that transcends the vicissitudes of fashion. Along with a striking Destroyer Jacket, each of the pieces carries the mantle of Year of the Dragon with equal parts style and finesse.
