By - January 16th, 2012

Brooks England has been synonymous for high quality leather goods, accessories, and parts for bicycles since the company, J.B. Brooks & Co., was established in 1866 by John Boultbee Brooks. In the 1930’s, when cycling was a common mode of transport, J.B. Brooks & Co. offered oilskin clothing and cycling shoes for commuters who required all-weather cycling wear. Fast forward a century or so, and Brooks England is bringing back the legacy of their cycling wear by launching the John Boultbee line. The collection aims to bring back the traditional designs and fabrics forgotten by the improvement in technical materials and construction techniques. Here, we take a look at the upcoming collection, which was showcased at the Pitti Immagine Uomo fair in Italy.
