Reebok Classics and the Reed Space have come together to create a public space where music and art collide. They’ve converted a Lower East Side storefront into a site where musicians and artists meet, collaborate and create during sessions that are oftentimes open to the public. The art is created on the spot on the blank walls of the space, while the music is similarly recorded on the premises. After a few weeks the walls are wiped clean and the process starts over with a new pairing. The Classic Session project was launched this month with up and coming rapper T.Shirt and the street art collective URNewYork. Check out the video documenting their session following the click.
