Instead, the new away kit features a dark blue obsidian body with a vertical gold strip set off along the left side interrupted only by the national coat of arms and a matching horizontal stripe on the right arm. Nike’s design decisions for the new away kit were made to celebrate the vibrancy, youthful energy, and modern approach of both their nation and football team to the game. The kit also keeps in line with Nike’s commitment to superior athletic performance while also lessening their environmental impact by building the shorts with 100% recycled polyester and 96% in the shirt. The players will also benefit from the embedded Nike Dri-FIT technology, which help to regulate their temperatures on the pitch by removing sweat from the body to keep them drier and cooler than ever before. The base layer of the kit features Nike‘s Pro Combat Hyperstrong and Hypercool apparal, which provides additional padding in the waist and thighs and mesh fabric to maximize breathability.
