Regardless of what color they are actually wearing, the New Zealand National Team is known to their fans as the “All Whites” thanks to their at-home attire. But even if their fans don’t happen to care too much about what color their favorite team is actually wearing, they do have to respect the fact that Nike Soccer has hooked them up with a sweet new Away Kit for the 2012/2013 season, which they debuted during their match again Jamaica on February 29. The new Away Kit is all black and features a tonal effect of a silver fern throughout the entire top that, depending on the angle (see after the jump for an example), shifts colors to silver with the player. The new away shorts and socks are also black and when they are combined with the top, the entire kit weighs in about 23% lighter than four years ago thanks to fabric made with recycled polyester equal to about 13 recycled plastic bottles. The uniform is also embedded with Nike Dri-FIT technology and laser-cut ventilation to help to regulate players’ temperatures on the pitch. You can check out more looks at the new All Whites kit after the jump.
