Puma‘s pop-up social clubs, launched in cities including NYC, L.A., Paris, Berlin and Abu Dhabi, presented a space where friends could enjoy social games for the after-hours athlete. The concept has been made mobile through the 28-foot Puma Social Truck. Inspired by the food truck phenomenon, the Puma Social Truck provides ping-pong, foosball and air hockey instead of tacos and sandwiches. A DJ booth and custom tee press adds to the festive atmosphere, which should already be in high gear when the truck rolls into SXSW. The truck will be parked in front of the Puma pop-up house in Austin, where the brand will host performances by a number of artists, including Asher Roth, Chris Cab, Hopsin and others. Go here for additional details, and expect the Puma Social Truck to arrive in Austin on March 14th.
