Skateboarding will not be where it is today if it wasn’t for the Bones Brigade. It is as simple as that. And this autobiographical film gives a glimpse of the lives of the skateboarders who made up the Bones Brigade. Headed by George Powell and Stacy Peralta, the pair pioneered the way skateboarding was perceived and marketed by founding Powell Peralta in the 80′s. The all-star team consisted of Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Rodney Mullen, Lance Mountain, Tommy Guerrero, and Mike McGill. History was made and legends were born on a wooden board with four wheels. Sundance Film Festival interviewed the members of the Bones Brigade about the documentary film in a three minute video below.
