Without a doubt, Banksy has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with in the art world, no matter how you view him or his work. Banksy has managed to maintain his secrecy while still breaking into the mainstream. Back in 2009, Bansky held an exhibition inside the Bristol Museum, Banksy vs the Bristol Museum, where he drew a massive crowd, causing a long que to form at the museum entrance. Banksy: The Bristol Legacy is a book edited by Paul Gough and published by Sansom & Co, capturing the behind-the-scenes of the exhibition set up and the whole frenzy that surrounded the exhibition. Although the book is published independently to the famed artist, it still manages to document one historical exhibition by one of the most controversial artists working today.
