Air Jordan VI Retro – “Olympic”

By - April 19th, 2012

Marking the 20th year since Dream Team’s Gold Medal win at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, Jordan Brand is readying itself for some of its biggest commemorative releases this summer. In line for a July launch will be one of Jumpman label’s most memorable edition, the Air Jordan VI Retro “Olympic”. Although there is a slight cosmetic alteration around the midsole, the re-release edition is still nearly identical to the very ones worn by His Airness on the court of Pavelló Olímpic de Badalona. In patriotic White, Midnight-Navy, and Varsity Red colorways, with an abbreviation of translucent outsole, the Air Jordan VI Retro “Olympic” invokes a sense of national pride. Release date is set for July 7th, a month before the start of 2012 Summer Olympics in London. via: MarqueeSole

HUH??? If you're going to write that long of an intro to them, at least get the Facts correct... these are Retro's of the VI Retro+ that dropped in 2000. Ray Allen wore these in the 2000 Sydney Olmpics. Michael Jordan NEVER wore these in a Game, EVER. SMH

@D.Turner That's right. Tell 'em D. Turner. Lol. Regardless, these are a work of art to me - a definite cop.
