May gives rise to another Air Jordan XII Clave release. Last month’s vulcanized sole reworking of the shoe borrowed design notes from a well-regarded antecedent, while this Black/White-Varsity Red style offers an understated nearly all-black colorway. The chukka boot-like upper is dressed in black perf leather with tonal textured nubuck mudguard, accented with a white midsole and heel panel, plus hits of red at the small woven Jumpman tags atop the tongue. A padded collar and Lunarlon midsole provide cushioned comfort, and a rubber herringbone-patterned outsole offers enhanced traction and durability. The kicks are in stock now at Japan’s mita sneakers, and should be available at retailers on our shores very soon.
